It was a sports-heavy night in the Friday cable ratings last week.
ESPN’s coverage of the US Tennis Open led the night with a 0.5 rating in adults 18-49 and 1.95 million viewers. ESPN scored the second-highest spot of the night as well, with the network’s broadcast of the Western Kentucky vs Wisconsin scoring a 0.4.
Meanwhile, MTV’s back-to-back episodes of “Nick Cannon’s Wild ‘N Out” grabbed matching 0.3s, fairly in line with their previous episodes. MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” (0.2) led cable news for the night yet again as well.
Outside of the top 25, SyFy’s “Killjoys” was even with yet another 0.1, but was down slightly in total viewers from 398,000 to 378,000 this time around. “Wynonna Earp” (0.1) was similarly steady, also on SyFy.
