The Discovery Channel’s “Gold Rush” continued its dominance over the rest of the programs, once again, in the Friday cable ratings this week. The reality series maintained a 1.0 in adults 18-49 on the network, even scoring the same 3.42 million viewers for the second week in a row. ESPN’s weekly NBA Basketball coverage followed closely behind with 0.6 and 0.5 ratings, respectively, throughout the night.

HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” held steady with a 0.5 as well. On Lifetime, both “Rap Game” and “Bring It!” managed to maintain their season-long 0.4 streaks. Meanwhile, The Discovery Channel’s “The Wheel” ticked up one-tenth from its previous 0.3 to a 0.4.

The series premiere of “Mama June: From Not to Hot” raked in a 0.5 on WETV also, with 1.42 million viewers tuning in.
