Similar to recent weeks, it was The Discovery Channel’s “Gold Rush” that grabbed the top spot in the Friday cable ratings, after scoring a 0.7 rating in adults 18-49 for the second week in a row. Following its premiere last week too, “Gold Rush: White Water” also landed fairly high in the night and managed to maintain its previous 0.5 rating with 2.04 million viewers.

Meanwhile, A&E’s “Live PD” scored the second-highest spot of the night with a 0.7, one-tenth higher than the 0.6 it had earned the week before. HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” held steady with another 0.4 as well, while ESPN’s broadcast of the Houston vs New Orleans NBA basketball game raked in a 0.6.

On Lifetime, both”Bring It!” and “Rap Game,” once again, maintained their near season-long 0.3 streaks.
