“Live PD” came out on top of a quiet, uneventful night in the Friday cable ratings.
The A&E police series took the first slot by scoring a 0.3 rating in adults 18-49, outperforming every other broadcast despite landing below the 0.8 and 0.4 the show picked up last week. “Real Time with Bill Maher” brought HBO a rare top 3 entry, rising to second place by building on its previous 0.2 to reach 0.3. Close on Bill Maher’s heels was “My Lottery Dream Home” of HGTV, which also recovered from 0.2 to 0.3.
Beyond ESPN’s “Pardon the Interruption” at 0.3, the entire rest of the chart was made up of 0.2’s. “Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation” at History remained there, where it fell last week, landing just above “Ancient Aliens” on the same network.
Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives” put in a pair of entries at 0.2, as did “Ridiculousness” on MTV. They were joined there by “Still a Mystery” on Investigation Discovery, “Paw Patrol” on Nickelodeon, and “BattleBots” on Discovery.
