It was A&E’s “Live PD” that took the top spot in the Friday cable ratings last week, by holding steady with the same 0.6 rating in adults 18-49 as its previous episode. The Discovery Channel’s “Gold Rush” followed closely behind with a 0.6 of its own, up a tenth from the 0.5 it had scored the Friday before.

A broadcast of the Celtics vs. Jazz NBA game on ESPN rounded out the top 3 of the night with a 0.6 as well. ESPN and ESPN2’s broadcasts of the Louisville vs. Syracuse and Arkansas vs. Texas college football games also landed in the top 25 with matching 0.3s.

On HBO, “Real Time with Bill Maher” ticked up one-tenth from a 0.3 to a 0.4.
