Once again, it was a sports-heavy night in the Monday cable ratings this week. ESPN led the night, starting with its broadcast of the Alabama vs Georgia college football championship, which raked in an 8.7 rating in adults 18-49 and 27.383 million viewers. The network’s pre and post-game coverage scored several of the subsequent spots throughout the night as well with 4.9 – 1.4 ratings. Meanwhile, USA’s weekly broadcast of “WWE Monday Night Raw” held steady with a 1.0 peak rating for the second week in a row.

On VH1, “Love & Hip Hop” also managed to maintain its previous 1.0. Following its series premiere last week too, “Love & Hip Hop: Miami” took a minor hit, falling one-tenth from a 1.0 to a 0.9 this time around. Additionally, Bravo’s “Vanderpump Rules” ticked up one-tenth from a 0.5 to a 0.6.
