“Monday Night Football” led the cable ratings again last night, and saw a minor week-to-week uptick in the adults 18-49 demo.

ESPN’s broadcast of the Kansas City vs. Denver game grabbed the top spot of the night with a 4.6 rating and 13.21 million viewers, up two-tenths from the 4.4 that the Buccaneers vs. Steelers “MNF” game had scored the week before. The network’s “Monday Night Kickoff” pre-game special came second in the night with a 1.8, followed by a late-night “SportsCenter” (1.5).

Elsewhere, USA’s “WWE Monday Night Raw” maintained its previous 0.8 for the second week in a row, while VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” rose one-tenth to a 0.9. Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Orange County” held steady with another 0.5, as did AMC’s “Better Call Saul” (0.5), heading into its season finale next week.

Outside of the top 25, “Lodge 49” continued its near season-long 0.1 streak.
