College football scored a dominant victory over the Saturday cable ratings this past weekend.

ESPN’s broadcast of the Miami vs. Florida NCAA game easily led the night with a 2.1 rating in adults 18-49 and 5.97 million viewers – triple what any of the night’s other broadcasts scored in the demo. ESPN rounded out the night’s top 3 spots with its special post-game (0.7) and pre-game (0.6) NCAA coverage.

A&E’s “Live PD” followed closely behind with a 0.5, down one-tenth from the 0.6 its previous Saturday broadcast scored. Elsewhere, the NFL Network’s broadcasts of the Houston vs. Dallas (0.3, 1.03 million) and Seattle vs. Los Angeles (0.2, 751,000) NFL preseason games landed a little lower in the chart.
