Sports led yet another quiet Saturday night in the cable ratings this past weekend.

ESPN took the night’s no. 1 spot spot with its broadcast of the Kansas vs. Kentucky college basketball game, which posted a 0.8 rating in adults 18-49 and 2.78 million viewers. The earlier game between West Virginia and Tennessee came third with a 0.4 and 1.53 million viewers.

On A&E, “Live PD” was the night’s second highest-rated broadcast with a 0.7, matching its episode from the previous Saturday. Meanwhile, the HBO premiere of “Tag” landed high with a 0.4 and 1.11 million viewers, putting it on par with the “Ocean’s 8” premiere (0.4, 1.25 million) from 2 weeks ago.
