Like the Friday night before it, the Saturday cable ratings were dominated by A&E’s “Live PD” and some college football coverage this week.

ESPN’s broadcast of the Georgia vs. Missouri NCAA game won the top spot of the night with a 1.1 rating in adults 18-49 and 3.33 million viewers – four-tenths higher than any of the night’s other broadcasts. The network’s coverage of the later game between Florida and Tennessee came second with a 0.7 and 2.11 million viewers.

A&E’s “Live PD” rounded out the top 3 with a 0.6, steady with its previous episode. Meanwhile, the HBO premiere of “The Shape of Water” scored a 0.3 with 1.33 million viewers – tieing with the “Pitch Perfect 3 premiere” from the week before in the demo, but beating it in total viewers (1.33 million vs. 939,000).
