Unsurprisingly, college football remained a dominant force in the Saturday cable ratings.

ESPN’s broadcast of the Texas A&M vs. Arkansas NCAA game led the night with a 0.8 rating in adults 18-49 and 2.58 million viewers. That puts it on par with, and slightly above, the 0.8 and 2.46 million viewer audience that ESPN’s Tennessee vs. Florida broadcast won the previous week’s Saturday cable ratings with.

The network’s usual “College Gameday” special placed second in the night’s chart yet again, with a 0.7 and 1.86 million viewers. Additionally, the Mississippi State vs. Auburn (0.6, 1.99 million) and UCLA vs. Arizona (0.6, 1.63 million) games gave ESPN the chart’s following two spots as well.

Outside of sports, A&E’s “Live PD” placed fifth in the chart with the same 0.5 rating as its last Saturday broadcast.
