ESPN absolutely dominated the Saturday cable ratings this past weekend.
The network landed all of the top 6 spots of the night, starting with its broadcast of the Clemson vs Texas A&M college football game, which led with a 1.4 rating in adults 18-49 and 4.49 million viewers.
The later game between Michigan State and Arizona State came second with a 0.8 as well, followed by the network’s coverage of the U.S. Open Women’s Finals match between Serena Williams and Naomi Osaka, which scored a 0.7 and 3.10 million viewers.
Elsewhere, the HBO premiere of “The Greatest Showman” landed fairly high in the top 25 as well with a 0.3, and beat the “Ferdinand” premiere from the week before in total viewers (790,000 vs. 1.12 million)
