With a boost from a huge NFL playoff game, “Saturday Night Live” hit its highest metered-market rating among adults 18-49 in two years.

Saturday’s Adam Driver-hosted episode drew a 3.0/15 in adults 18-49 in the Top 25 markets. That’s the best number for the show since Dec. 21, 2013 (3.9/18 for a Jimmy Fallon-Justin Timberlake episode).

“SNL” started at 12:15 a.m. ET thanks to NBC’s prime-time NFL game running past its allotted time.

Household metered market ratings are unavailable due to technical problems. NBC is estimating the show’s household rating will be in the mid-5s, which would make it the second-highest rating of the season so far.
