It was the History Channel’s “Evel Live” special that scored the top spot of the night this past Sunday with a 0.9 rating in adults 18-49. Meanwhile, the Amy Adams-led “Sharp Objects,” made a solid debut on HBO.

The series premiere scored a 0.5 with 1.54 million viewers. This was higher than the 0.3 that “Big Little Lies” premiered with on the network last year, and almost on par with how it closed out its first season. It’s also significantly higher than the 0.2 average that HBO’s other recent freshman drama, “Succession” has been at throughout its first season.

On TNT, “Claws” raked in a 0.5 as well, up one-tenth from its previous 0.4. Following its season premiere 5 last week, Starz’s “Power” fell down noticeably to a 0.3 this week, half of the 0.6 that its premiere scored.

FX’s “Pose” was steady at 0.3. Outside of the top 25, AMC’s “Preacher” maintained a 0.2 for the third week in a row.
