The midseason finale of “The Walking Dead” not only kept the zombie series at the top of the Sunday cable ratings, but it also boosted it back up from a series low.

The AMC series scored a 2.0 rating in adults 18-49 with 5.09 million viewers, up two-tenths from its prior episode’s 1.8. The “Talking Dead” after show came second and matched its previous 0.8. Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” rounded out the top 3 of the night, and ticked up from a 0.7 to a 0.8, while the series premiere of “Dirty John” raked in a 0.4 with 1.22 million viewers.

Elsewhere, TLC’s “90 Day Fiance” continued its recent 0.6 streak. E!’s “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” fell a tenth to a 0.5. On BBC America, “Doctor Who” maintained the same 0.3 as its last episode, and Starz’s “Outlander” managed to tick up a tenth to a 0.2 with 960,000 viewers.
