Final broadcast primetime live + same-day ratings for Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017

CBS’ “60 Minutes” and ABC’s “America’s Funniest Home Videos” both adjusted up from their initial ratings Sunday to the finals. Each ticked up by a tenth of a point in adults 18-49, “60 Minutes” to a 2.3 rating and “AFV” to 0.9. “Sunday Night Football” finishes with 16.16 million viewers and a 5.6 in adults 18-49, off from 16.53 million and 5.8 the prior week.

Two other CBS shows, “Wisdom of the Crowd” (1.1) and “Madam Secretary” (0.7), adjusted down a tenth each.

Upward adjustments in adults 18-49 are in blue; downward adjustments are in red.

Time Shifted Viewing:
 Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live +Same-Day and Live +7 Day. Time-shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+SD includes viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3 a.m. local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live +7 ratings include  viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
