After taking a break last week, “Southern Charm” returned with its fifth season finale and claimed the top spot of the Thursday cable ratings this week. The Bravo series scored a 0.6 rating in adults 18-49, up a tenth from its previous 0.5. USA’s “Queen of the South” similarly ticked up one-tenth from a 0.3 to a 0.4 with 1.22 million viewers. Outside of the top 25, Freeform’s “Marvel’s Cloak and Dagger” and USA’s “Shooter” maintained their previous 0.2s yet again. Both shows were also up slightly in total viewers. Following a minor ratings uptick last week, Comedy Central’s “Detroiters” fell back down one-tenth to a 0.1 this time around.
