The “Anderson Cooper 360” coverage of last night’s Alabama election on CNN landed on top in the Tuesday cable ratings this week with 1.0 and 0.9 ratings in adults 18-49. ESPN’s broadcasts of the Philadelphia vs Minnesota and LA Lakers vs New York NBA basketball games followed closely behind with two back-to-back 0.8s. Meanwhile, “The Curse of Oak Island” managed to maintain its previous 0.8 once again on The History Channel with 3.005 million viewers.

After rising in the ratings last week, however, MTV’s “The Challenge: Champs vs Stars” fell out of the Top 25 this time around after dropping from a 0.4 to a 0.3. In addition, USA’s weekly broadcast of “WWE Smackdown” took a minor hit, falling one-tenth from a 0.8 to a 0.7, while Bravo’s “Below Deck” also fell to a 0.3 with its special reunion episode.
