Tuesday cable ratings: ‘Haves and The Have Nots’ and ‘Queen Sugar’ return, ‘Animal Kingdom’ holds steady

USA’s “WWE Smackdown” led the Tuesday cable ratings this week with a 0.9 rating in adults 18-49, three-tenths higher than the 0.6 it had scored last week. The season premieres of both “The Haves and the Have Nots” and “Queen Sugar” followed closely behind. “Have Nots” was on par with what its last episode had scored in March, holding steady with a 0.7 once again, while “Queen Sugar’s” 0.7 was the exact same as what its series premiere raked in last year.

Bravo’s “Below Deck Mediterranean” held steady with a 0.5 for the second week in a row. Meanwhile, after dropping slightly in the week before, “Animal Kingdom” maintained a 0.3 once again on TNT. On The Discovery Channel, “Deadliest Catch” landed near the top and continued it’s recent 0.5 streak. Additionally, the penultimate episode of Freeform’s “Pretty Little Liars” experienced a minor dip, falling from a 0.5 to a 0.4 on the network.
