Final broadcast primetime live + same-day ratings for Tuesday, March 14, 2017
The season finale of “This Is Us” recorded season bests in both adults 18-49 and total viewers for NBC Tuesday. The finale drew a 3.4 rating among adults 18-49, up 0.4 from the previous season high, and 12.84 million viewers.
Most of that audience did not stick around, however, for the premiere of comedy “Trial & Error.” The show premiered to a 1.4 at 10 p.m., and a second episode at 10:30 dipped to a 1.0.
Elsewhere, “NCIS” was on the low side at 1.5, finishing behind “The Voice” (2.5) and tying ABC’s average for “The Middle” (1.6) and “American Housewife” (0.8) in its hour.

Live +7 ratings include viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
