Broadcast primetime live + same-day ratings for Friday, Feb. 17, 2017
The numbers for Friday show yet another solid night for CBS, despite almost every network taking minor hits in their ratings:

CBS led the Friday ratings once again this week as “Blue Bloods” scored a 1.1 rating in adults 18-49, raking in more viewers than any other show in the night with 9.99 million. However, this was a minor drop from last week’s 1.2. “Hawaii Five-O” followed closely behind, also scoring a 1.1 with 9.48 million viewers. This was also two-tenths lower than its previous 1.3.
Meanwhile, “MacGyver” followed closely behind on the network with a 0.9, three-tenths lower than the 1.2 it brought in the week before. ABC’s “Last Man Standing” (1.1) and “Shark Tank” (1.1) both landed near the top as well, though similar to the CBS programs, “Shark Tank” did fall two-tenths from its previous 1.3.
Following its final season premiere last week as well, The CW’s “Reign” held steady with a 0.2, keeping in line with it and “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend’s” averages in the time slot. “The Vampire Diaries” continued to maintain its 0.4 also, as it continues towards its series finale.
On FOX, “Rosewood” (0.6) fell down one-tenth, while “Sleepy Hollow” was even once again with a 0.5. “Grimm” rose one-tenth to a 0.8 and “Emerald City” held steady with a 0.6.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings are available at approximately 11 a.m. ET the day after telecast. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns.
Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time.
Time Shifted Viewing: Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live +Same-Day and Live +7 Day. Time-shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+SD includes viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3 a.m. local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live +7 ratings include viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
