After taking the previous week off, “Hawaii Five-o” returned with a new episode last night and landed above every other program in Friday’s primetime slate this week. The CBS series scored a 1.0 rating in adults 18-49 with 8.50 million viewers. Also on CBS, “MacGyver” returned with a 0.9 – just one-tenth less than its previous 1.0 – and “Blue Bloods” similarly scored a 0.9.
Meanwhile, FOX’s “Hell’s Kitchen” held steady with its 2-hour season finale last night, raking in two back-to-back 0.9s throughout its runtime, and an average of 3.32 million viewers. It was a fairly steady night for ABC too, with both “Child Support” (0.7) and “Agents of SHIELD” (0.6) maintaining their previous ratings and “20/20” ticking up one-tenth to a 0.7.
NBC’s “Taken” fell from a 0.5 to a 0.4 this week, while “Blindspot” scored a 0.6 for the second week in a row. In addition, “Jane the Virgin” managed to tick up one-tenth to a 0.3 on The CW and “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” held steady with a 0.2.

The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns.
Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time.
Time Shifted Viewing: Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live +Same-Day and Live +7 Day. Time-shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+SD includes viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3 a.m. local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live +7 ratings include viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
