“Code Black” tied a series low among adults 18-49 with its Season 3 premiere Wednesday on CBS.

The show drew a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic, down from 1.2 for its fall 2016 premiere (it averaged 1.0 last season). “SEAL Team” (0.8) was also down vs. its last episode, falling two tenths of a point.

On the plus side for CBS, “Survivor” held steady with last week’s 1.6 and was the night’s most-watched show. “Empire” also scored a 1.6 for FOX, down 0.1 from last week’s fast nationals (it adjusted up in the finals). “Star” also fell a tenth to 1.2.

A pair of “Alex, Inc.” episodes on ABC came in at 0.7 and 0.6, while “Designated Survivor” slipped to a series-low 0.5. “The Blacklist” (0.8), “Riverdale” (0.4) and “The Originals” (0.4) were all even with last week.

Time Shifted Viewing:
 Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live +Same-Day and Live +7 Day. Time-shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+SD includes viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3 a.m. local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live +7 ratings include  viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
