ESPN’s NBA Basketball coverage scored the top spot in the Wednesday cable ratings this week as the Chicago vs. Golden State game grabbed a 0.8 rating in adults 18-49. The earlier game between the LA Clippers and the New York Knicks landed near the top as well, only two-tenths lower with a 0.6 on the network.

FX’s series premiere of “Legion” followed closely behind in the second spot with a 0.7, and 1.622 million viewers. That’s pretty well in line with the premiere of “Taboo” (0.6, 1.84 million) last month.

On SyFy, “The Magicians” maintained a 0.4 for the second week in a row, while The History Channel’s “Six” also continued its 0.4 streak.
