ESPN’s NBA Basketball coverage landed on top in the Wednesday cable ratings this week, scoring a 0.9 rating in adults 18-49. VH1’s “Black Ink Crew” followed behind with 0.7 and 0.6 ratings throughout a two-hour broadcast. The Discovery Channel’s “Alaskan Bush People” was next in line, raking in a 0.6 on the network, fairly in line with the rest of the season’s numbers up until this point.

Following its season 6 premiere last week, MTV’s “Catfish: The TV Show” held steady with a 0.4 for the second week in a row. Meanwhile, the season finale of “Six” maintained its 0.4 season-long streak on the History Channel. Outside of the Top 25, SyFy’s “The Magicians” continued its recent drop, falling one-tenth from a 0.3 to a 0.2.

On FX, “Legion” held steady with a 0.4 for the second week in a row, and with its season 2 premiere on WGN America, “Underground” scored a 0.4 as well. This was the same as its series premiere last year, drawing in 1.1 million viewers.
