After making its premiere the night before, “The Bobby Brown Story” won the top spot in the Wednesday cable ratings this week.

The new BET miniseries scored a 1.0 rating in adults 18-49, double what any of the night’s other broadcasts had scored, and even with its premiere episode. Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New York City” came second in the night with the same 0.5 it had scored the week before. VH1’s “Black Ink Crew: Chicago” was also steady with another 0.5.

On FXX, the season 13 premiere of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” landed in the top 5 of the night too, with a 0.4 and 606,000 viewers – steady with its season 12 premiere and finale last year. USA’s “The Sinner” continued its 0.3 streak yet again as well, while “Suits” managed to tick back up one-tenth from a 0.2 to a 0.3.

Outside of the top 25, OWN’s “Greenleaf” took a hit and fell a tenth to a 0.2.
