Once again, NBC’s “This is Us” and “Manifest” led the broadcast live +7 ratings for the week of Oct. 8.

“This is Us” scored the week’s biggest adults 18-49 gain, after growing the same 1.9 points as its previous episode, from an initial 2.3 live + same day rating to a 4.2 L+7 rating. “Manifest” came second in the demo (+1.8, +113%), but took the no. 1 spot in total viewers by drawing in an additional 7.38 million – bringing its L+7 audience to 14.85 million. ABC’s “The Good Doctor” came second in the measure, and grew 6.04 million viewers (+84%) across seven days.

On the CW, the season 3 premiere of “Riverdale” had the week’s biggest adults 18-49 percentage gain (+140%, +0.7), while “The Flash” premiere experienced the network’s biggest boost in total viewers (+1.73 million, +83%).
