Robert highlighted yet another false hope evoking fan “Save Our Show” poll (USA Today’s).

I’ve noted plenty of times that polls like that have no effect on any decisions, and at worst give fans false hope that they’re actually doing something, but I figure, if the false hope-spinners out there can go one way, I can go the other!

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you the TV by the Numbers First (Annual?) Don’t Save Their Show! Poll where you get to vote and help decide which shows the TV networks should cancel!

You know there’s only 22 hours in a broadcast primetime schedule (or 15, or 10), so every one of their shows that gets canceled means more of a chance for your shows to get renewed.

So have at it, vote for as many shows as you’d like, and I promise that the decisionmakers at all the broadcast networks will give as much weight to your votes as they do to the ones in those Save Our Show polls: None!
