The return of two big cable shows — “American Horror Story” and “The Walking Dead” — bumped “Empire” down to third place in the weekly Nielsen Twitter ratings. “AHS: Hotel” and “The Walking Dead” occupy the top two spots for the week of Oct. 5-11.
Keep in mind that Twitter ratings measure only activity on Twitter and do not necessarily correlate to on-air ratings or a show’s chances for renewal.
