ABC will be heading back into the unscripted genre with the newest addition to their 2016-17 lineup.
The network has officially ordered six episodes of the celebrity karaoke series “Greatest Hits,” which will be hosted by Arsenio Hall and country singer Kelsea Ballerini and feature current musicians and iconic artists taking the stage to perform renditions of some of the greatest hits from the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.
The series will also feature special solo performances, tributes, and never-before-seen duets. It is set to premiere on the network on June 30 at 8 p.m.
Ken Erhlich, James McKinlay and Raj Kapoor will executive produce the series, with Leon Knoles set to direct and David Wild on board to write and produce as well.
