FXX has picked up a third season of its oddball comedy “Man Seeking Woman.”
The show put up steady ratings in its second season. FXX notes that episodes averaged 399,000 viewers in Live +7, up slightly from 393,000 in its first season. In Live +3 ratings, “Man Seeking Woman” scored a 0.2 in adults 18-49 and 375,000 viewers.
“‘Man Seeking Woman’ had another great season this year and continues to offer one of the smartest and funniest takes on dating and relationships today,” FX Networks head of original programming Nick Grad says in a statement. “We are excited to move forward on a third season.”
Season 3 will run for 10 episodes and is scheduled to premiere in early 2017.
“Man Seeking Woman” joins these shows that have been renewed for 2016-17 and beyond.
