ABC Family — or rather, Freeform, as it will be called come January — has set January return dates for “Pretty Little Liars” and “The Fosters,” both of which will be used to help launch new shows.

“PLL” will kick off the back half of its sixth season, continuing the five-year jump in time from Tuesday’s special, at 8 p.m. ET/PT Tuesday, Jan. 12. It will be followed by the series debut of “Shadowhunters,” based on the “Mortal Instruments” books, follows at 9 p.m.

“The Fosters” returns at 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, for the second half of its third season. It will be followed by “Recovery Road,” based on a YA novel about a teenage girl who struggles with addiction.

Finally, comedies “Baby Daddy” and “Young & Hungry” will return with new episodes on Wednesday, Feb. 3.
