CBS THIS MORNING was the only network morning broadcast to post year-to-year percentage gains with adults 25-54 (+14%, 0.8/07 from 0.7/06), the demographic most important to those who advertise in news, and viewers (+10%, 3.16m from 2.86m), for the week ending August 14.
CBS THIS MORNING added +300,000 viewers year-over-year, closing the viewership gap with ABC by 570,000 viewers and with NBC by 510,000 viewers, according to Nielsen live plus same-day ratings.
Television year-to-date, CBS THIS MORNING is the only network morning news broadcast posting gains in viewers (+10%, 3.35m from 3.05m) compared to last year.
