Outperforming NBC’s “Today” by 434,000 Total Viewers, by

83,000 Adults 25-54 and by 10,000 Adults 18-49

 

Season-to-Date, “GMA” is Ranking #1 for the Third Straight Season

in Both Total Viewers and Adults 25-54

 

 

ABC News’ “Good Morning America” ranked No. 1 in the morning in all key target demos: Total Viewers (4.471 million), Adults 25-54 (1.582 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.110 million) for the week of August 3, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. Leading in all 3 measures for the 2nd straight week, “GMA” beat “Today” (4.037 million, 1.499 million and 1.100 million, respectively) by 434,000 Total Viewers, by 83,000 Adults 25-54 and by 10,000 Adults 18-49.   

 

Season to date, “GMA” is the No. 1 morning newscast in Total Viewers and Adults 25-54. “GMA” is leading “Today” by 554,000 Total Viewers and by 109,000 Adults 25-54.  In fact, “GMA” is ranking No. 1 for the 3rd straight season in both Total Viewers and Adults 25-54.

 

During the week, “GMA” led “CBS This Morning” in Total Viewers (+40%/+1.275 million), Adults 25-54 (+70%/+652,000) and Adults 18-49 (+62%/+423,000).
