ABC’s annual broadcast of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest Part 1 (11:30pm-12:38am) delivered an average audience of 22.7 million Total Viewers and scored a 7.2 rating, 27 share among Adults 18-49 (9.2 million).

· In viewers and young adults, New Year’s Rockin’ Eve ranked as ABC’s biggest telecast since March with the 2014 Academy Awards – since 03/02/14.

· ABC’s Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve – Part 1 dominated the combined audiences of NBC’s New Year’s Eve with Carson Daly – Late Night and Fox’s Pitbull’s New Year’s Eve Live by 75% in Total Viewers and by 59% in Adults 18-49.

· NYRE Part 1 was up year to year in Adults 18-49 (+2%) and paced within 100k Total Viewers of its year-ago telecast to match its 2nd-biggest overall audience in the last 14 years – since 2000.

Despite its late time period, the second segment of Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest – Part 2 (1:09-2:07a) earned an average audience of 6.7 million Total Viewers and a 2.3 rating, 13 share in Adults 18-49 (3.0 million).

· The final segment of the show generated its 2nd-largest-ever audience, behind only the record-setting year-ago telecast – ABC began airing Part 2 in 2000.
