Note that the fast-affiliate Nielsens that came in at 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT are not time zone-adjusted and typically understate live NFL telecasts. Despite that, NBC is currently #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers and other key measures in the fast-affiliate ratings.
- In metered-market results, which are time zone-adjusted, NBC Sports’ coverage of last night’s Cincinnati Bengals-Pittsburgh Steelers game averaged a 10.9 rating, 18 share in metered-market households from 8:30 p.m.-11:30 p.m. ET, making it the #1 primetime rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox (excluding NFL overruns and pre- and post-game shows), despite a 27-7 halftime lead for the Steelers.
- Top local markets were: Pittsburgh, 39.4 rating/54 share; Cincinnati, 33.2/48; Dayton 22.2/33; Baltimore, 17.1/27; and Las Vegas 15.4/24.
