New York, NY – August 19, 2010- The competition heats up as it’s down to two finalists vying for the crown on part one of the “Dance Your Ass Off” two-part season finale airing Monday, August 23 at 10pm ET/PT on Oxygen.   Additionally, the two remaining contestants, Adamme and Latoya, are reunited with their former competitors as they celebrate their incredible journey.  This week, the remaining two dancers begin to prepare for the performances that will ultimately determine their fate in the grand finale.

This week, Latoya and Adamme face their toughest challenge yet.  They must leave the house for five weeks and put their new lifestyles into action at home, away from the personal trainer, nutritionist, and professional dancers.  Will the temptations of home prove too difficult to overcome or will the two finalists have the will-power necessary to stay on track?

After their time away from the competition, Latoya and Adamme are joyfully reunited with their former competitors. They discover they are not alone in their brilliant progress – the other 10 contestants have applied their new skill sets at home and experienced dramatic weight loss away from the “Dance Your Ass Off” stage. However, the reunited cast realizes that it’s not all fun and games when Mel B reveals a shocking twist in the competition.  Tune-in to find out what surprises the contestants!
