MIAMI – June 13, 2012– This Friday, June 15, Boxeo Telemundo Ford will air the fight for the Latino super flyweight title of the World Boxing Organization between Puerto Rican David “Dabo” Quijano (14-2-1, 9 KO) and Filipino Juanito Rubillar (48-18-7,23 KO) in a 12-round bout at the Kissimmee Civic Center in Kissimmee, Florida, starting at 11:35 pm ET / PT, 10:35 pm CT.

“We are expecting a fireworks display inside the ring when these two fighters face each other in the main event,” blow-by-blow commentator Rene Giraldo said. “In one corner, the young warrior David “Dabo” Quijano will be facing the biggest challenge of his career. He is hungry for the victory that will position him to fight for a world championship in the near future. In the opposite corner, Juanito Rubillar, a member of Manny Pacquiao’s team, brings his Filipino pride to the ring, and the experience of having fought in 12 world championship fights. There is no doubt that Rubillar has the intention of teaching the young Quijano a lesson.”
