Leon is currently undefeated after four matches with eight points as a byproduct of two wins and two draws, a campaign that currently places them in third place, just two points behind the leader, Veracruz. Leon is riding an emotional high after obtaining a dramatic last minute draw on the road against Pachuca last week and will rely on its solid defense, second best in the league so far, as well as in its formidable duo of forwards, composed by Matías Britos and Mauro Boselli.

Monarcas also has plenty of confidence in itself after defeating Tijuana 2-1, a win that placed them in second place just one point behind Veracruz. Morelia will display its potent offense and attempt to prove why it currently ranks second in goals scored with a total of 10 in just four matches. Nine of Morelia’s 10 goals have come from two of its most lethal players, Jefferson Montero and Hector Mancilla. Montero is second in the Liga MX scorers table with five, closely followed by Mancilla, who has four.

All the thrills of the Liga MX are on Telemundo, home of the best Mexican soccer.
