ABC finished on top of the adults 18-49 ratings in final full week of the 2009-10 broadcast season, likely because they had most of their season finales piled into that week, including a good Sunday night with Lost.

For the first time since the Winter Olympics, Fox didn’t win the adults 18-49 ratings race for the week. NBC continued its spring ratings woes, again unable to break a 2.0 rating for the week. The official end of the broadcast primetime “season” is Wednesday, May 27. Then, it’s TV summertime!

Note that the chart includes RATINGS not VIEWERS as was typical in our weekly network ratings posts prior to July, 2009.

Each rating point is a percentage of the US TV population in that demographic group and equals: 2.90 million viewers, 1.32 million adults 18-49, 0.68 million adults 18-34 and 1.24 million adults 25-54.
