Last night’s Thursday Night Football game (Jets/Patriots) was simulcast on the ABC affiliate in Boston and the CBS affiliate in New York. As a result, the ABC and CBS numbers may be inflated and subject to more than typical adjustments in the finals.
FOX was number 1 in adults 18-49 and with Total Viewers.
On FOX, the 2-hour Thursday premiere of The X Factor earned a 2.2 adults 18-49 rating,
up slightly from yesterday’s preliminary 2.1 adults 18-49 rating Update: we received yesterday’s finals and The X Factor was flat with yesterday’s 2.2 adults 18-49 rating but way down from 3.1 adults 18-49 rating last year’s Thursday debut earned.
On NBC, The Million Second Quiz earned a 1.1, down two tenths from yesterday’s 1.3 adults 18-49 rating.
On CBS, Big Brother garnered a 2.6, up a tenth from last week’s 2.5 adults 18-49 rating. Earlier in the night, The CBS Fall Preview earned a 1.7 adults 18-49 rating.
On ABC, the season finale of Rookie Blue scored a 1.4, up four tenths from last week’s 1.0 adults 18-49 rating.

In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” 0.6/3; “Late Show,” 0.5/3; and “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” 0.8/4.
From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC’s “Nightline” averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” (1.2/4 in metered-market households) tied CBS’s “Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” (1.2/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, “Late Night” (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped “Late Late Show” (0.3/3).
At 1:35 a.m., “Last Call with Carson Daly” averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
