I do not see eye-to-eye witch CBS research chief David Poltrack on everything, but when it comes to Forrester Research it looks like we are in alignment.  In an exchange yesterday at the Association of National Advertisers meeting  in NY Poltrack took issue with some of Forrester’s findings and particularly called bullshit (literally) on one stat cited in a recent press release from Forrester.

When I posted the release Poltrack cites the other day, I disclaimed my feelings for Forrester (which aren’t very warm and fuzzy, really).
