“The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” rose to the top of the late-night ratings for the week of August 5.

For the second week in a row, the two late-night shows averaged the same rating among adults 18-49, as both “Colbert” and “Kimmel” scored 0.32 ratings, up two-hundredths of a point from their previous 0.30s. Elsewhere, NBC’s “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” grabbed a 0.31, down from the 0.35 it scored the week before.

ABC’s “Nightline” led the 12:35 a.m. time slot with its second straight 0.20 rating, while “Late Night with Seth Meyers” ticked back down from a 0.19 to a 0.18. “The Late Late Show with James Corden” went the other way, climbing up from a 0.14 to a 0.15.

In cable, TBS’ “Conan” returned from hiatus with a 0.12, and Comedy Central’s “Lights Out with David Spade” dropped from a 0.14 average rating to a 0.10 in its second week. “The Daily Show with Trevor Noah,” however, rose from a 0.18 to a 0.19.
