Despite airing a week of reruns, “Judge Judy” managed to hold onto the top ranking among syndicated shows in the week of April 16 — although not by much.
“Judy” scored a 6.6 household rating for the week to finish just a tenth of a point ahead of “Family Feud.”
“Dr. Phil” (3.1) continued its long reign as the top syndicated talk show, and “Inside Edition” tied “Entertainment Tonight” as the top magazine show at 3.0.

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
Distributor key: DAD = Disney ABC Domestic Television, SPT= Sony Pictures Television, 2/T=Twentieth Television, WB = Warner Bros., CTD = CBS Television Distribution, NBU = NBCUniversal.
AT = Additional Time/Telecasts, more than the typical number of episodes or time periods/week.
