“Dr. Phil” was in reruns for the week of Aug. 28, but the show hit a milestone nonetheless.
With a 3.0 household rating for the week, “Dr. Phil” claimed the No. 1 ranking among syndicated talk shows for the 52nd consecutive week — one whole year. It finished more than a point ahead of second-place “Live with Kelly and Ryan” (1.9) for the week.
“Judge Judy” finished first overall again with a 6.6, half a point ahead of “Family Feud.”

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
