“Judge Judy” was in reruns for the week of Dec. 12-18, and with that its 19-week run as the No. 1 syndicated strip ended.
“Family Feud,” which has finished second to “Judge Judy” in each of those 19 weeks, took over the No. 1 spot for the week with a 7.2 household rating. “Judy” finished second with a 6.9, three tenths ahead of “Wheel of Fortune. “Entertainment Tonight” hit a season high with a 3.5.

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
