“Family Feud’s” run at the top of the syndicated ratings was a short one, as “Judge Judy” regained the No. 1 spot for the week of May 2-8. The court show scored a nine-week high with a 7.1 household rating.
“Family Feud” was right behind in second place with a 7.0. “Dr. Phil” (3.2) edged “Live with Kelly and Michael” (3.1) for top talk-show honors.

Why do you use household ratings here but nowhere else? Ad deals for syndicated shows are largely based on household ratings and, for daytime shows, ratings among women 25-54.
What about “The Simpsons”? “Simpsons” repeats in syndication are not counted in the weekly ratings because they don’t include any national advertising.
“Weekend Adventure” is a package of nature shows airing weekends on many ABC stations.
For syndicated shows airing on multiple days, the viewership is the average of all telecasts.
